Ten Taliban rebels killed, 15 injured in Sar-e-Pul operation


Sar-e-Pul: Ten Taliban rebels were killed and 15 others wounded in mopping-up operation by security forces in Sar-e-Pul province the other day.
Col. Abdul Qayoom, police chief of Sar-e-Pul told BNA, Afghan security forces have conducted a clearing operation in Loden villages of Panjshir and Konjak district of the province, as result ten armed rebels were killed and 15 wounded, several villages have been cleared from insurgents. According to the source, the situation is now normal in the said villages.
