Regular physical exercise brings mental health

Born in 1981 in Kabul province, Muraddudin Sadeqi is one of most successful I.T.F, Afghanistan Taekwondo, holder of black belt, chairman of I.T.F Taekwondo athletes association, united stars, as well as technical deputy of Taekwondo Federation and MoI athletes association. Talking on his sport activities, in an interview with The Kabul Times reporter, Sadeqi said, due to enthusiasm and interest to sport, in 1991 I started Taekwondo under Ustad Habib and at 11 I entered sport competition field and my achievements include 38 gold and silver medals in domestic and foreign races.
Currently I am sport trainer in several private sport clubs. He added, in my first competition I was nick outbut after four months intensive exercise, I entered the field and overcame my rival and received a gold medal.
During exercise, I never felt disappointment and failure and continued exercise with self-reliance. In my success or failure I never became arrogant or disappointed respectively. This is my sport specifications. I won two gold medals in Iran competitions and one gold medal in Tajikistan.
Talking on the role of sport in society, Sadeqi added, sport creates love, affection and sincerity in human body.
Healthy individuals guarantee health of every society. Psychology has proved that sport is essential for each society.
He added, infact lack of sport results in increasing nervous, social and mental abnormalities among people and sport plays basic role in social relations.
Touching qualities of successful trainer, Sadeqi said, successful trainers are those who establish moral and humanitarian relations with their pupils. Trainers who have harsh ethics, their exercises produce no positive outcome. Therefore sport exercise are based on friendly behaviors.
As his message, he said, sport and regular physical exercise bring physical, mental, psychological and social advantages.
