President Ghani stresses better parliamentary relations

KABUL: The President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Mohammad Ashraf Ghani, spoke yesterday  afternoon with the Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs, Zia-ul-Haq Amarkhail, via a video conference, a statement said.
The meeting discussed draft law on the regulation of parliamentary relations, the establishment of mechanisms for coordination with the National Assembly, the introduction of cabinet members to the Wolesi Jirga for the vote of confidence and better coordination between the three powers, the presidential press office said.
President Ghani gave  necessary instructions to the Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs in order to better perform the affairs, according to the statement.
