MoPH reports 66 new Coronavirus cases in Afghanistan

KABUL: The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) reported Tuesday, that out of 318 samples, 66 cases have turned positive in the last 24 hours.
At leas 115,720 people have so far been tested in the governmental labs, and there still are 5,160 known active cases in the country.
According to the ministry, within 24 hours, 46 individuals have recovered from COVID-19, and One individual is reported dead. The new cases recorded in Kabul are Six, Herat 16, Kandahar 10, Parwan Eight, Panjshir Three, Zabul One,Uruzgan One, Nangarhar Three, Bamiyan Three, Kunduz 10, Logar Three, and Nimruz Two. The total number of cases in Afghanistan is 39,994, Total deaths are 1,481 and the total recoveries are recorded 33,354. COVID-19 global toll has increased to 38,138,374 and the dead are reported to more than 1,086,315.
