KABUL: The Ministry of Interior (MoI) says it has arrested six people in Kabul on criminal charges. According to a statement released by the ministry, six people have been arrested, in connection with criminal activities, in separate police operations in Kabul.
According to the statement, the suspects were arrested in the 9th, 10th, 11th, and 16th Police Districts of Kabul, after being identified for smuggling illegal weapons, stealing vehicles, and mobile phones.
Police have also seized a pistol from the suspects, the statement read.
Last night, Interior Minister Massoud Andarabi, during a visit to Kabul’s 5th Police District, ordered police to open fire on criminals after identifying them.
