Dear  friends,
It is a pleasure to send greetings to TIAFAL, a New York based  non-profit organization that has helped Afghan children tremendously over the last year.         I would like to express our appreciation for the books, textbooks, science and mathematics educational materials that TIAFAL has been collecting and sending to Afghanistan.
Using the materials provided by TIAFAL, many Afghan students have been exposed to supplementary knowledge that goes beyond their current curriculum. The younger students have used children’s books to learn English, while  older students  have taken advantage of this educational opportunity to learn more about science and mathematics.
I would like to thank every member of TIAFAL for their tireless effort for such a good
cause. Please note that your work is fundamentally important for the children of Afghanistan.
TIAFAL has been helping to advance our youth and therefore to improve our society. In our ever increasingly globalized world, the mastery of foreign languages is essential. Since English is the most commonly used language globally, it is of great importance that Afghan children are fluent in it.  The ability to read, write, and speak English will give Afghan children access to a global knowledge, will help them to gain an opportunity to study abroad, and an opportunity to contribute the unique Afghan experience to the world’s global culture as well as domestically to help enrich  Afghan society.
I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincerest thanks for empowering the children of Afghanistan.
I have been also informed that your organization has further plans on providing newly published bilingual  children books, as created by TIAFAL writers, illustrators and editors,  to Afghanistan . We are looking forward to your book shipments and further collaboration with your organization. Special recognition goes to: Davud Sulaymankhil, Executive Director and President, Pharto Chanda, Legal Director and Secretary, Fardeen Hussain, Financial Director and  Rezwan Islam, Fundraising Director.
I wish all involved with the TIAFAL organization a great success in their endeavors and hope the scope of this organization will continue to grow for years to come.
Davud Sulaymankhil
