KABUL: Former Kabul Mayor, Ahmad Shuyaib Rahimi in a meeting with Acting Minister of Information and Culture, Hasina Safi spoke about the historical monuments and sites research provided by the efforts of the municipality cultural advisor, Dr. Aziz Ahmad Panjshiri, a statement from the MoIC said the other day.
He said he research would be published under the title of “Kabul Historical Monuments and Sites” after consultation with the ministry of information and culture, said the statement.
Both sides also spoke about joint efforts of the ministry of information and Kabul municipality for better holding of ancient Nawruz festival, according to the statement.
Speaking on the occasion, minister Safi called Kabul municipality a close colleague for her ministry, particularly in holding cultural programs and pledged to cooperate in publishing the research.
