In Kunduz; 54 insurgents including 13 local commanders killed


Kunduz City: At least 54 armed oppositions including their 13 local commanders were killed during military operation led by Afghan Security Forces in northern Kunduz province.
BNA quoting from press office of Defense Ministry, the operation was launched by support of Afghan air forces in relevant areas of Dasht Archi district of Kunduz, in which 54 rebels including their 13 local commanders were killed and 15 others were wounded.
Dozens hideouts, two motorcycles and some ammunitions belonged to the terrorists have been destroyed during the operation.
Most of the district have been cleared from being of anti-government militias and 25 rounds of different type of mines have been discovered and confiscated during the operation.
