KABUL: The Acting Minister of Foreign, Salahuddin Rabbani, met with the Indian Ambassador to Kabul, Vinay Kumar, the ministry’s press office said the other day.
Both sides discussed key issues on peace talks, the upcoming presidential elections and Afghanistan-India Strategic Partnership Council, the office said.
