KABUL: Deputy youth affairs of the Ministry of Information and Culture signed Memorandum of Understanding with private universities, higher education and semi-higher education institutions yesterday, Bakhtar News Agency (BNA) reported.
The memorandum of understanding was signed with the educational institutions of the country for the purpose of providing educational facilities to those destitute youths who are unable to afford education.
Mohammad Ajmal Shahpoor, deputy minister of youth affairs for ministry of information and culture, expressed appreciation for these educational institutions’ involvement with youth affairs and their understanding of the situation of youths in the country, adding that addiction, extremism, poverty, literacy and unemployment were sinister phenomena that have unfortunately entangled young people.
He praised the educational institutions that plays an important role in fostering the youth education and said: “despite some challenges ahead of you this discount will be a great help for young people in need, the agency quoted him.
It should be noted that at the end of ceremony, Hejratullah Sadat head of education and immunity of deputy youth affairs was appreciated for his valuable services, by the president of Spin Ghar University.
