KABUL: The Chief Executive of the National Unity Government (NUG) separately met with U.S. and Australian Ambassadors to Afghanistan and discussed various issues, his office said the other day.
At the Spidar Palace, Dr. Abdullah and the U.S. Ambassador John Buss spoke about the upcoming presidential election, peace negotiations and the recent security changes in the country, said the statement.
Both sides also condemned the recently claimed Taliban suicide bombing that targeted an NGO office in Kabul, according to the statement.
The CE also, in his meeting with the Australian Ambassador, also discussed peace and the latest changes in security, as well as bilateral relation between the two countries, said the statement from the Spidar Palace.
