Czech Republic to continue supporting Afghan girls’ education

KABUL: Embassy of the Czech Republic in Kabul has signed an agreement with a private NGO “Relief Organization for Afghan Women and Children (ROAWC)” to support the girls’schools at the capital Kabul. Czech Ambassador Jiri Baloun, while signing the awarded project told to The Kabul Times that the Czech Republic is ready to contribute to stability and relief in Afghanistan and  is committed to support girls’ education in Afghanistan. This time the Embassy supported the Manochehri Girls’ High School and equipped a computer lab with 15 computers and additional accessories. “The aim of this project is to facilitate the students withmodern equipment and to build their capacities” added Ambassador.  Since 2007 the Czech Republic is supporting Afghanistan in various aspects.  The Czech Republic has had troops in Afghanistan for many years under international collation (ISAF, RSM) and also until 2013, PRT Team...
