Bank e Millie Afghan

KABUL: Worth 200,000 afg from the Bank-e-Mille Afghan (Afghan National Bank)’s budget was credited to journalists’ supporting fund by the bank’s Chief Executive Officer “CEO” Ahmad Jawid Wafa, Bakhtar News Agency (BNA) reported on Sunday. In a meeting attended by the fund’s head Asef Wardak, the bank’s CEO called journalists’ role significant in delivering information about the Afghan National Defense and Security Forces fighting in frontlines, according to the agency.
He added the difference between these two is that the security forces take down the enemy with weapons, but the journalists do it with pen, both are doing their best to weaken the enemy’s morale, BNA added.
Appreciating the bank’s leading body support with an appreciation letter, Wardak said your support meant to support culturists.
