Afghan, Tajik foreign ministers hold meeting through VTC to discuss coronavirus prevention issues

KABUL: Minister of Foreign Affairs Mohammad Hanif Atmar had a meeting with Tajik Foreign Minister Sirojiddin Muhriddin through the Video Teleconferencing (VTC) the other day.
The two had discussed state and prospects of further expansion of bilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and Afghanistan. 
Meanwhile, Mohammad Hanif Atmar noted on his Twitter that during their first meeting through VTC, they had discussed issues related to further expansion of bilateral relationships, security cooperation, support for Afghanistan peace, trade and transit, as well as cooperation in preventing the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
