US to continue supporting civilian assistances to Afghanistan

KABUL: Chief Executive Dr. Abdullah Abdullah attended a joint meeting of revising US civilian assistances to Afghanistan held at the presence of US Principle Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs Ms. Alice Wells in Arg the other day, Bakhtar News Agency (BNA) reported.
At the outset, appreciating US assistances on different fields, CE Abdullah called them fundamental in development and stability of the country.
Both sides also revised US assistances to Afghanistan and exchanged views on that country’s civilian assistances and priorities in the respect.
US will continue supporting Afghanistan in different sections such as health, education, economic growth, energy, infrastructures, humanitarian assistances, cultural growth and protecting cultural monuments.
