Jaghori elders call on VP

KABUL: A number of representatives of people in parliament, influenced figures, ulamas, university lecturers and youth of Jaghori district of Ghazni called on Second Vice President Sarwar Danesh yesterday. In the meeting, participants shared the demands of the people of Jaghori in various sections in particular in the field of access to general services and implementation of law and justice with vice president, stressing on serious attention of the government to addressing the people’s demands.
Considering effort of participants in connection with sharing their demands towards rule of law and people’s access to general services as a positive and constructive step in consolidation of relations between the people and government, second vice president said the government of Afghanistan is obliged to provide pavement of people’s access to general services.
In the meeting, Danesh also said that cooperation of the people with government institutions could boost rule of law and implement justice in the country. He promised that he would personally follow demands of the Jaghori people through relevant government institutions.
