Mohammad Wali Qambari; Teakwondo champion

Mohammad Wali Qambari has an International Taek Won Do Federation(ITF) black belt. He is also the technical deputy to Afghanistan’s ITF.
“I was very interested to Taek Won do. I have started this sport in 1387 and could get the national team membership in that year too,” he said.
He added I have won seven gold and two silver medals from foreign competitions.
During a competition held in Pakistan in 2011, he won a gold medal.
In Tajikistan competition held in 2012, he won a bronze medal.
“We need to make much effort to get success. Problems make a person stronger,” he said.
He added weak economy can never hinder us to get improved.
About character of a trainer, he said a trainer should observe justice and honesty during national and international exercises and competitions and make effort not to waste an athlete’s right.
At the end, he said an athlete should always be patient and pay special heed to sport and education.
