Painting exhibition held
 KABUL: Acting minister of information and culture Prof. Mohammad Rassoul Bawari inaugurated a painting exhibition in National Gallery yesterday, Bakher News Agency (BNA) reported.
In the exhibition, 50 paintings prepared by Ms. Laila Salihi have been exhibited.
According to (BNA), during the inauguration ceremony, acting minister of information and culture said, there were so much talents in the field of culture and art in the country, and they should be grown up.
Acting minister of information and culture asked the artists to create a way to match the culture of the country, likewise Dr. Kamal Sadat deputy for youth affairs  in a brief statement said, supporting of young people and artists is among the main responsibilities of his office.
According to Sabera Rahmani, head of National Gallery, during the current year, 23 exhibitions were held at the National Gallery, a move which shows supporting artists.
Ms. Laila Salihi said, that all her works have been in Realism style, through which she reflected the society truths.
