Intervention in justice affairs not acceptable, Dr. Abdullah
 KABUL: Addressing the Attorney’s fifth country-wide conference here in Kabul yesterday, Chief Executive Dr. Abdullah Abdullah said no one was allowed to interfere in justice affairs and implementation of the law.
Dr. Abdullah went on saying that Attorney’s ethnic, language and political tendency should not prevent rule of law in the country.
“Afghan people are with their government in difficult situations.
 They demand justice and rule of law. Equal implementation of law in the country would make them to believe upon their bright future,” he added.
The Chief Executive went on saying that some people was referring to Taliban due to lack of rule of law in remote districts which was not acceptable.
“Despite Attorney General’s positive steps toward rule of law, there is still need to implement justice and bring about reforms,” Dr. Abdullah added.
He said government was trying to ease necessary facilities for the attorneys, so that not address their essentials through breaking the law.
Meanwhile Attorney General Farid Hamidi spoke related to the conference, saying the gathering was aiming to spread rule of law across the country and pave the way for attorneys’ activities across the country.
He added police and army were not enough to have people’s trust, rather to have rule of law.
The conference was held in Kabul Intercontinental Hotel with participation of judiciary and justice officials, MPs and attorneys across the country.
