KABUL: A number of north and northeastern elders, culturists and university graduates met with Second Vice President, Sarwar Danesh on Tuesday, the VP office said in a statement.
According to the statement, the participants said their first suggestion was ensuring national partnership and presence of different tribes in the government structure, asking for recruiting well-educated youth in the government administrations.
Calling growing insecurities in north and northeast a serious challenge, the participants asked the government to address the problem, the statement added.
Appreciating the participants for sharing their suggestions and problems, the second vice-president, Sarwar Danesh said all citizens of the country had common demand on fighting insecurity, development, job opportunities and ensuring partnership in the government structure, the statement continued.
On limit capacity of the government administrations against huge number of university graduates, VP Danesh said that attending youth and university graduates in civil services open competitions process was one of the legal ways to ensure fair partnership in recruitments, the statement added.
