President Ghani praises Afghanistan Robotic Team’s achievements

KABUL: President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani met with two members of Afghanistan’s Robotic Team here yesterday, a presidential statement said.
Representing others, Royan Mahboob and Fatima Qaderi presented their plan for construction of a school that focus on sciences and robotics, asking government to support the plan, the statement added.
They also briefed the president on their participation in international competitions in Canada, Mexico and a number of European countries, adding they have achieved better positions among the participants.
Praising robotic team’s plan, the President said the school should be constructed using prefabricated tools, instructing director of administrative office of the president Abdul Wahid Qutali, Nadima Sahar director of technical and vocational studies as well as Central Statistics Director Jawid Rasouli to ease land and technological equipment for establishment of the school, the statement said.
Applauding Robotic team’s achievements and programs, the president said their plans should be a sample for other provinces.
